Le projet CHAMPION agit pour renforcer l’environnement local des entreprises afin de l’aligner sur les besoins des personnes issues de l’immigration. Le projet se concentre sur le concept d’entrepreneuriat social, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme essentiel pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un impact positif sur les personnes et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Selon plusieurs \u00e9tudes, les personnes issues de l’immigration ont de moins bons salaires et ont un taux de ch\u00f4mage sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne. Dans ce cadre, la pand\u00e9mie de COVID n’a pas am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la situation \u00e9conomique mais a augment\u00e9 le risque de marginalisation et d’exclusion sociale des personnes issues de l’immigration.<\/p>\n
